What we do

Diagnosis, treatment & rehabilitation

We offer a friendly and professional assessment, accurate diagnosis, specific tailored treatment and rehabilitation of all musculoskeletal and sports injuries. In short, it if hurts we can help you get better and stay better.

How we do it

Hands on treatment

We offer skilled manual, “hands-on” physio treatments to help you recover more quickly and optimally.

We focus initially on treatment to relieve your symptoms like joint mobilisation/manipulation, massage, taping and ultrasound therapy. Treatment also includes bespoke exercise and rehabilitation programmes and advice on getting you back doing all the things you want to whilst reducing the risk of recurrence.

We have a team of highly trained and experienced Physiotherapists who are committed to the highest customer service and getting you better as quickly as possible. This is evidenced by the superb feedback and reviews we have received.

We are all HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) and CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) registered and preferred providers with Bupa, Axa PPP, Nuffield health, Aviva, Vitality and all other major Health Care Companies.

We have a clean, comfortable, ground floor clinic which is conveniently located in Bluecoats. Uniquely for Hertford, we have dedicated free off-street parking immediately in front of the clinic exclusively for our patients.
